It's been quite sometime since I ate salad for lunch you know!

I've been feeling really sinful for eating Fishball Noodles for breakfast for the past few days since my dad's company had shutdown for a couple of days. So both my bro's and my healthy diet plan was out.

Yeah yeah yeah, you get the point! Salad for lunch!
But uh, I have to admit that there were 2 seaweed chicken in it =(

Why?

Because there wasn't any chicken meat or pork in the refrigerator! We just dumped the seaweed chicken into the pot of boiling water with our hard boiled eggs. And boy, it was oily lah! Geeez!!






There seems to be a buzzing insect in my dining room!

I kept hearing buzzing sounds lah! Now I’m stuck in my room! :(

I closed my room door so as to prevent it from entering my room! Gosh I was freaked out just now while munching on Koko Krunch and watch television just now!!!

I ran into hiding into the kitchen and closed the door and waited to see if the insect is flying around or something!

No one's at home!!

Mom went for an interview and bro went for some briefing!!!!

And I need to go out later! AND AND I NEED TO MAKE LUNCH!

I caught "Mall Cop" with Peipei, Deavi, Zikuan and Hafiz at The Grand Cathay yesterday!


It's been ages since we last went out! After the movie, we proceeded onto Burger King to had our early dinner :D

Yeah I know! Since you all know that I've been on a diet, like eating salad etc, I chose the cheaper burger and the what? Healthiest burger? Haha, which was the $2.95 All-Day Savings Croissan'Wich, Bacon.

We had lots of laughter!!
As usual, we all 'forced' Tahrika to finish her food because she was too skinny and weak. :)

Then, Tahrika left for tuition and the rest of us decided to go Hereen since I suggested it. After wandering a little while, we decided to head home!

I went home and munch on an apple and had 1 small tiny winy bowl of Koko Krunch!

I tell you! I'm addicted to Koko Krunch lah! Since it's a breakfast cereal which somehow to me means healthy and not fattening, I even brought it into the theatre!!!! And I would munch or mix it with milk whenever I'm hungry! Really great finger food you know!

*ahem*

Okay, let's fast forward to TODAY!

Woke up around 9am and laze on the bed a little while and decided to prepare to go to school for the servicing of the laptop! We were told that we needed to wait like 2-4 hours or something. It turned out that we waited more than 4 hours leh! And it's only Deavi's laptop that completed the scanning! Mine and Miss Peh ones ah, we said we were rushing already so they taught us how to scan our laptop when we're at home lah.

Yeah, that's about it!

Oh! I went to school and had "U Mian" today!!!!!!!!!!!!! :DD

I bought the one black in colour, which you can see the shade of it at the right side.

I bought the Golden one because I heard if you want the colour of your eyeshadow to stand out, you must first apply a layer of light coloured eyeshadow. Yes, golden is alright.

Finally...

I bought a nail polish! It's medium red!

It's in the 3rd row, 3rd from the left.

Yup! Those 4 items costed me $15.50, inclusive of $1.50 postage fee. It's considered quite cheap you know. I kind of like ELF products, no idea why. But I feel that it's a nice brand :) Probably, because it's cheap!

I bought from this blogshop, it's having a promotion 3 items for $10. Majority of the items are but not for the popular ones, like the "Drama" eyeshadow I bought, it's $4. The rest are 3 for $10.

On a side note, I really think I should do something produtive at home. Especially now, it's still the holidays. I really must look through the 6Ps beforehand, because my modules are all SCIENCE.

Sem 1 and 2, the GPA for my science was always 2.5. So if I continue like this, I tell you, I die already ah! Want to skip school also cannot lah!

But I must promise I must not skip school anymore.

But the thought of wasting $$$ to buy the film really banish the thought, you know. Come to think of it, it's really a waste of money.

On a side note, it's really cool to have the handy camera wherever you go. It's ever so ready! Snap and tadah! The photo is printed out within seconds!

Anyway, I'm gonna go eBay and look out for these camera! Perhaps they might have cheap bargains other there!!!

Let me start off on Tuesday!

I had oats for breakfast again! Yes yes yes! I'm so pleased with myself!

I had salad again for lunch! But this time we went grocery shopping at NTUC first before making our salad! Actually, we bought quite a lot of groceries! Let me see if I can remember all of them...

1) Koko Krunch
2) Chicken Breast Meat
3) 2 cartons of HL Milk
4) Strawberries, grapes and apples!
5) Eggs
6) 2 cans of tuna (which in turn, my dad bought 4-5 more cans of tuna when he came home from work!!)
7) Lettuce
8) Sardines

Yeah, I think that's it, total amounting to $30.50!

We went home after grocery shopping happily at NTUC and off to make the salad!

We did the cutting of veggies, boiling of hard-boiled eggs etc etc. And here's our end result!

Look at the 2nd picture, I tell you, I've never tasted chicken breast meat this tender and smooth before okay!

As you people know, when I order chicken rice, I would always say "Ji Wei", which means I want the meat near the butt because it's much smoother and nicer, though it comes with the bones. I never ordered chicken rice without saying "Bu Yao Ji Wei" before because the meat isn't tender and it's so rough that I need to gobble down a few glasses of water before taking another bite!
Of course, how can we leave the can of sardines lying in the cupboard!! It's gonna be on our table!!

Alright, let me start on Wednesday! Finally get to meet Sam and Vivian after not meeting like about 3weeks or more! Partly because I was working and Vivian was so busy that Wednesday was her FIRST FREE DAY for us! :D

I met Sam first to catch "he's just not that into you" at Marina Square! Thanks ah, Sam! You accompanied me to watch it for the 2nd time! We smuggled Subway into the theatre and there were less than 10 people watching, including us!

Vivian skipped the movie because she said she wanted to save $$ and after all, she caught it before! Yup, so we met her and continued to wandered around in Marina Square for a shopping spree! Well, the spree mainly was for Sam because she needed to buy formal wear for her course and what's more, she needs to wear formal wear on the first day of school!

Wait, tell me again, why I didn't take the hotel and hospitality course?

Right! I couldn't get it! *smirks*

We went home because they both wanted to start reading their books and my feet hurt terribly because of the new shoe that I wore! Yeah, that BATA pair! Grrrrr. *I shall try it on tomorrow again.*

Anyone wants to go JB with me? Clothes there are like super cheap and plus the food there too! What's more you only need to spend like 2-3 bucks on transport and you reach JB! Walk a little under shelter and some air-conditioned place, you'll reach City Square! The movie ticket is like what, $3 or $4?!

Alright, first and foremost, let's just say goodbye to long wordy posts!!

Let me start off with this really overdued picture of this steamboat my family had. It was on the last day of the Lunar New Year, and I told my mom that we shall have a steamboat since we didn't have 1 throughout the whole CNY! First time okay!

Not much food since my mom said it just the 4 of us >.< Look at the clams! I love them so much! It's chewy and nice nice nice!!
It's really nice if you put it soups like, "lian o tang".
Absolutely yummy.

And this is when my whole family went to had breakfast at the hawker centre! Had our favourite "kway teow soup" from another stall. Btw, this stall was recommended by Felicia Chin and Desmond Koh by this show called 校园美食 or something. You know the show which introduces those yummy food in your school campus, yeah that's the show.




Well, 1 word that could tell I feel now would be “rejoice!”

Why?

Because it’s my last day of work tomorrow! This means no more waking up early at 7am in the morning, dragging myself to the bathroom anymore!

No more, dreading the long walk from City Hall station to Suntec Tower 1, no more facing that director. Yes, the sight of him irks me a lot especially when I see him early in the morning!

Yes no more of that!

YES YES YES! I’M SO ELATED RIGHT NOW.

I’m like so happy right now, finally 雨过天晴！

I’m a little sad because I don’t know how long this money is going to last me because I already spent $20 on online shopping for earrings and make-up already!

I estimate around like $300 for a mobile phone, $100 for a bicycle.

And I’m left with $200 which I say; I can use it up within a day or 2 just by shopping!

Hah! The thought of $200 left for a whole month makes me put the plan of buying a phone and a bicycle away because I still need to do something else with the money.

*There was an interval here.*

Right, I’m back from walking around downstairs with 1 of my colleague. I think we took a break for like half an hour away from the computer! Haha.

Right, I’m still gonna work if let’s say there is a job offer for like 3-4 weeks or so because I have like more than a month to spare. And I think what I’m going to do at home would be watching tv, surfing the internet, reading my books, watch some dramas and movies etc etc.

I think I shall make a trip to the library because I want to find out more about my course and maybe have some catching up on chemistry and biology too. It’s a good way to pass time since it’s the weekdays and I don’t think the library will be flooded with those school children right? In addition, I could also find myself more books to read and kill my time away.

Alright, it’s 2hours and 25 minutes more to knocking off from work!

How is work?

For me, I would say it’s alright, going smoothly (except for 1 thing). I get paid $0.10 for every minute I’m in there but not after 6pm. I would say Mr Wee is a really nice guy; he’s very friendly to everyone. I must say, he’s very fluent in the Korean language, English, mandarin and hokkien. I wonder what other languages he can speak!

Here’s the exceptional thing that I’m not happy with. Well it seems like every Tuesday, the director of the company likes this day very much. It’s his pushing weight around day, for the 2 weeks, he has been nagging at me asking me how many reply slips I have gotten so far. And my answer always lack in putting a smile on his face, but it does for Mr Wee. I seriously cannot tolerate him you know. That face of his irritates me a lot and it seems like he’s 欠打 (lack of a whack).

Here’s what happened just now.

That person “How many?”

I “18.” (my quota is 20, which means I’m like 9/10 there already)

That person “I need 50.”

Btw, that person is the director and he’s a Korean.

I “Mr Wee said he needs only 20.”

*Somewhere around here, I couldn’t really careless what was he saying, partly because I had an earpiece stuck into my ear.*

He mumbled something and I came to a conclusion that he needs 50 companies to attend an exhibition and preferably 10 for each booth.

Which a matter of fact, I already had achieved more than 10 for the booths except for 1 which I’m lacking of 3.

After that, I just nod my head to somehow signal him to shoo off. Amazingly he did and went around buzzing other people.

I might just take a day off next Tuesday and probably go out or stay at home which I’m anticipating it so much. The thought of $48 not entering into my bank account is the ‘nemesis’ that is stopping me from taking the day off. If I go out, I need to take money instead of it entering my account, perhaps I shall rest and stay at home then.

I shall decide it on the weekends! =)

Right now, I’m just counting to knock off from work which is approximately 18 minutes time!

And boy! Shopping online or outside can be so stree-free now! Because I'm gonna get my pay soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAHAHAHA! I've never been this happy before! I can shop till I drop but I still can't spend so much money on clothes yet because I'm buying a bicycle and a Samsung, Pixon. =)
