I'm not feeling any better!

Monday went to consult the doctor and he told me that my throat was VERY VERY RED.

._.

He prescribed some medicine and I went home.

I felt very lethargic and I just felt like nua-ing the whole day at home without even studying.

But I can't.

Tuesday was Psychology!

TSK.

Tomorrow is gonna be MCB, I really want to get A for this man!

4 out of 5 UT2 grades were out and I didn't achieve any A :(

UT1 results were the best.

Anyway, my purpose of this entry is to say that I'M NOT FEELING WELL!

The flu just arrived and fever hmmm, how should I say it?

The heat just can't escape out of my body lah!

No fever but I feel very warm.

Taking UT3 in this condition is definitely a boo-hoo.

I hope I'll be fit and kicking during CNY!

BECAUSE I'LL BE NOM NOM NOM NOM-ING ON FOOD NON-STOP!

p/s: Bee Sian, I lost weight already but I didn't do any exercise or go on any diet plans. Don't be jealous :D

Last week of lessons ..

I'm gonna give an update and I'm going back to study.

Stupid tolerance is giving me such a boo-hoo.

I asked everyone what's central and peripheral tolerance but I still don't get it.

I really appreciate those who helped me :)

Anyway, this week is the last week of the semester and yeah, time really passed very fast.

I still remembered on the first day of school, I thought to myself "How am I going to survive for the 15 weeks of school?" In addition to that, I took up a 5-day week schedule.

But now, it's going to be over soon!

Title: Mine mini update = long update

I had an outing with Joy and Deavi on 19 Jan [yes I know it's super long ago] to Bugis Street.

We shopped a while and bought miscellaneous stuff.

Deavi bought both of us earrings and I bought myself a vintage bracelet.

I like :)

Thereafter, Deavi had to leave early.

Joy and I proceeded to Haji Lane!

We snooped around the shophouses but bought nothing because I always believed that there are cheaper prices else where though their apparels are unique. Like one of a kind.

We decided to rest at a manicure shop :D

$8 cheap cheap express manicure.

It's not THAT cheap but it'll do because $5 manicures are hard to find.

I had orange OPI painted on my nails!

FYI, if you want to see the real colour, it's already gone >.<

It's been more than 2 weeks already and they have turned ugly!

Then we went home.

Then on 23rd Jan, Peiqi, Yan Fang and I went to science centre! :D

Yup! You guessed it, our purpose was to go "Bodyworld"!

Yu Jun joined us throughout the trip too!

The experience was nice and I got to see real life fetus!

From days to weeks to months and every thing was really tiny.

Learnt quite a lot from there but I've forgotten everything.

Horrible, I know.

Then off to see chicks!

And WE WITNESSED CHICK HATCHING OUT FROM IT'S SHELL!

God damn it, it took horribly long to hatch. It took close to an hour.

Off we went to IMM for a LATE LUNCH, 3PM!

We dined at Cafe Cartel!

Fish fillet + fried chicken at the back.

4 or 6 prawn fritters.

3 drumsticks and 3 wings.

Wedges and a tiny bit of cabbage. [Tsk, vegetable also give so little. Market can buy a whole lot of them for less than 50 cents. Yes, the market in my neighbourhood sells at 10 cents for certain vegetables.]

Chem UT2 grade was out and boy am I shock.

Top 10% of the whole cohort?

Please tell me why they took back my "A".

I know I can do it.

Skipped school on Friday.

Went out shopping with mom to Parkway Parade then to Bugis Street.

Bought fabulous CNY clothes.

Very happy.

What's left are accessories and heels.

Saturday, went to body world.

Had a great time but I was really exhausted because I stayed up till 1am to watch "Hi my sweetheart" and had to wake up 7am the next day.

[Update will come soon on this outing.]

Today, I left after 2nd meeting with Peiqi.

We proceeded to Swensens.

Went home.

Slept for a good 3 hours but I was still tired.

But I didn't had a choice to sleep more because I needed to complete RJ, quiz AND STUDY FOR UT3.

Awesome.

I got something to show you people.

It's not fantastic but ..

Yup :D

I'm pretty happy with it.

On a side note, people have been telling me that I've gone very quiet in class.

The reasons that I could think of would be:

1. I'm too sick of school.

2. I just want to concentrate on the problem for the day and don't want any interruption.

3. I'm thinking of some other stuff which I reckoned it would be a very low possibility of me doing that.

Option 1 and 2 would be the main reason for that.

I'm sorry for not talking that much because I'm pretty stress with UTs.

Please don't tell me not to be stress because it's useless. It's not like I can be carefree and not care about my studies.

My goal is to achieve a high GPA which therefore leads me into not talking so much. I know that I'm not really a fast learner but I just don't like interruptions when I'm studying. Everyday after school I wouldn't want to go anywhere like loitering around CWP aimless which is time consuming.

Why?

Because the word "studying" constantly will be on my mind.

I don't like to waste time especially when I can use the time to study for UTs instead.

But please don't get the idea that I'm emo.

I never will be, alright? :)

Friday!

It was a superb day for me, I wish it was like this everyday! :D

Little things make me happy.

Morning:

Me: "Should I go to schooooooool?"

Mom: "Don't go loh."

Me: "Really?"

Mom: "Don't go loh."

*I pondered a while.

I: "Okay lah, I'm going to school."

Mom: "Ok, since you woke up already."

HAHAHA!

Really! Next time I shan't ask my mom lah! :D

I even had 2 pieces of paper, wrote "Y" and "N" on each of them, put them in my glass jar and asked my brother to pick 3 times.

Twice = NO DON'T GO TO SCHOOL.

Instead after all those hassle, I decided myself ._.

Journey on bus 168 was horrible because I had to stand throughout the whole journey. It's been such a long time I last stood all the way, while holding my laptop on my arm.

I'm beginning to carry my laptop on my arms nowadays because my back really hurts and I don't wanna hurt it even more.

ANYWAY!

LUNCH TIME WAS FABULOUS! But Pei Qi wasn't around since it was her off day >.<

Bee sian and I had xiao wan mian :DD

Then I got soursop juice too but it was sour.

Since Bee Sian dressed so lady-like that day, she dragged us to take pictures!

Lunchtime with them was really really fun!

After school, walked to Interchange with them and I took 168 to IKEA.

Slept like nobody's business on the bus.

Upon reaching, I phoned my brother only to realise that he's still at home!

Waited for him and we started to look for table!

My brother very funny ah, at home there's tables and chairs for him to study but he insisted that he can't study -.-

We roamed around and he couldn't decide which ones to buy!

Would you buy a

1. Frosted glass table with 4 chairs for $125? [Very worth your $$]

2. A cheapo table for $39 and a yellow chair he has been eyeing for days which costed $19.90!

[Since he was in a tight budget!]

AFTER MUCH, AND I REALLY MEAN MUCH CONSIDERATION...

He chose option 2.

FINALLY ;D

Then I was super hungry.

Going to IKEA, their hotdog bread is a must buy item! SO SO SO I BOUGHT!

And we cabbed home and suddely "Eh, what's for dinner ah?"

*Just then, a motorist zoomed by and it was Mcdelivery!

PERRRRRRRRRRRRRFECT!

"LET'S ORDER MCDONALD'S!"

*smiles*

Reached home, called for delivery and watched the channel 8, 7pm show!

HAHAHA!

And the delivery came.

There's Prosperity Beef Burger meal + Mc chicken al a carte, $13.25.

AHHHHHHHH.

What a fulfilling day I had!

New year's day outing!

Yeah, I'm not a fan of going out on public holidays and all, but I haven't met Vivian and Sam like don't know how long ago lah!

Public holiday = squeezing with B_______, pay more $$ and you hardly have any space be it dining at restaurants and watching a last minute movie!

Plan:

1. To watch Avatar

2. Eat

3. Catching up :)

We bought movie tickets for AVATAR 3D, settled at Billy Bombers for lunch.

Well I didn't really eat because I had a heavy breakfast, I remembered it was Nasi Lemak.

Sam and I decided to order a bowl of soup and shared "Buffalo Wings".

Deciding on what should we get..

God damn it, I took forever to decide what to eat!

Sam has bangs!

Now we do look alike! :D

Pardon the eyes, it wasn't intentional.

Buffalo Wings. The name does sound attractive and yummy.

But it was WAY TOO SOUR!

Ewwwww! Yuck! BLEH!

It was OKAY LAH.

Not as great as I'd expected it to be.

Storyline was normal lah.

Well it's my first time watching in 3D. Yeah yeah I know. Imma frog in a well.

2nd row from the front + 3D glasses made me so dizzy.

I even thought of walking out of the theatre you know!

At first it made me dizzy, then it made me literally want to puke. I couldn't really concentrate and I felt very uncomfortable. At that point of time, I was really tired and felt like sleeping. I actually also thought of sleeping through the whole show since it's really embarrassing to walk out of the theatre alone.

Next thing I knew, I slept.

For a short while that is.

I missed a little but it was alright.

I woke up and realise "Eh! Not giddy anymore!"

I WAS SO AWAKE and I managed to stay throughout the show.

Now I think I have a phobia of 3D movies.

Dang it.

Friday is the day.

Tomorrow, Daddy is going to be admitted. I really hope everything is going to be fine.

I hope God's almighty hands will be upon him.

Then comes Friday which is the day everyone has been waiting for. The day that Daddy has been counting down since months ago. It's gonna arrive and I hope it will be a success.

I'm so glad that Daddy is able to enjoy CNY though he didn't really enjoyed Christmas last year.

I'll be praying for Daddy.

On the 30th of Decemeber last year, I went out shopping with my mom at City Plaza!

It's been such a long time since we last went there!

As usual, there were lots of clothes all around at every level.

While shopping, I realise suddenly all the shop owners from all levels started to push their clothes which were located outside into the stall!

My mom and I went like "Huh? What's happening?"

Then we started to hear some shop owners telling others "Police!" [In mandarin of course.]

My mom and I went "Oooooooooooooooooh."

They can't display their clothes outside their shop because it's not their territory anymore. And they would get a fine if they got caught. Apparently, I think there were none or maybe a few got caught because probably they were located at the lowest level.

After the incident, I felt like they were having the Kampong spirit! Yah, it's like when something happens, everyone would be informed about it and be on their guard. You can see they were so united together! =)

So after walking for such a long time, we got hungry.

We decided to settle our hungry tummies at "Arnold's Chicken!" We've heard that it was quite famous and we never got to try which I don't know why. They have something similar to KFC, like those 2 piece chicken meal etc.

YEP! HERE'S OURS!

Mummy's 2 piece chicken meal, $6.90!

[FYI, Popeye's is nicer.]

Fish n Chip! $7.10 [Horribly expensive]

I might as well go buy it from RP!

Verdict: Do not buy their single meals as it's expensive. Settle for those family combo if you want your money to be worth. Food was not as fantastic as expected.

After that, we continued to shop but went home empty handed.

Had a shopping trip with my mom and aunt at TM on 2nd Jan 2010!

Basically, we went from TM to CS and then back to TM again.

That's very usual.

My purpose is to inform you guys is that...

I BOUGHT A BLACK BUCKET BAG AND I'M VERY VERY HAPPY WITH IT! ;D

SEE!

I tell you, immediately I saw the it on the display I told my mom "BUCKET BAG! I WANT TO BUY!"

There were 2 colours, brown and black. It took me a little while to decide on which colours because both were so attractive! I realized I had too many brown bags at home so I settled for black which was GORGEOUS TOO! ;DD

Nah, my mom was never a fan at buying bags for me.

You know why?

Because I just have too many bags!

She even said I could open a bag stall lah!

This reminds me of Environmental Science class, I remembered my faci asking who has more than 10 bags at home? I wanted to raise up my hand but I didn't because there wasn't anyone doing that! *shy*

Anyway, this bag was hanging at CS, very near like few steps out of "Montip".

It's a push cart stall along the middle walk way.

$18, no haggling of price though :(

HAHAHA!

I still have yet to use it yet! I probably use it tomorrow! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Alrighty, I need to study for Chemistry UT now!

Most of them are just like hi-bye friends and a little better.

I feel so lonely.

So much for changing classes daily.

Sometimes in life, certain things will disappoint you.

Though you may get a premonition about it but you persevere to the end and it will let you down so much more.

Getting a premonition can be a good thing but you won't know whether it'll come true.

Time will just tell, be it seconds, minutes, hours or days.

One will eventually come to know the outcome.

Sometimes you just can't rely on it a full 100% because you will never know when it will let you down.

Lesson learnt: Don't let my guard down and always have a hard copy.

Technology.

I didn't want to edit the previous post because I'm afraid people wouldn't scroll down to have a look :)

So after the gathering with my friends, I went to my aunt's house and celebrated X'mas with my relatives. Well sad to say it's pretty boring and I don't think I'll be joining them for from next year onwards because it's BORING. Some cousins were missing and it's kind of dull you know.

Yadah yadah.

I got home and decided to camwhore abit. [Come on, don't give me that face please. It's not like I cam whore for every single entry!]

Super pleased when I got this watch for Mummy! While I was looking around in the shop, I really was mesmerized by all the different designs lah! I almost wanted to get myself 1 too!

My brother was busy making the other photo frame for his friend while I do up my dad's.

I'm really pleased with what I got for my parents for Christmas presents this year! Well, I didn't get anything in return from but that is not a big issue. I wasn't expecting anything from them, well excluding my brother! [Well, I got him a tiny present which I'll show you guys very soon!]

I'm really happy as long as my family is together. This is what really matters to me the most.

What I hope for now is that for Daddy to be fit as a fiddle and get back to work and mummy to change as a person and grow spiritually strong.

Well, last entry of the year 2009!!

HAHAHAHAHA!

X'mas entry! Yeap, I know very laggy.

I went out with my Secondary clique on X'mas eve :)

But before that, in the morning I helped my mom made potato balls for X'mas party for later in the night with my relatives! Hence, that was why I was late in meeting them!

I met them at Cineleisure and oh my gosh!

I finally saw Bao Xing for the very first time in a gazillion years man!

This girl used to be my coming to school on the dot partner, whenever we enter the school the bell will ring! HAHA! We always like to arrive on the dot! 2 years passed and she still didn't change! Just that she carries a shoulder bag with her!

She wouldn't in the past!

YEAP YEAP.

Met up with 6 of them and proceeded to the theatre!

We caught, "Alvin and the Chipmunks 2"!

Awwww! They're so adorably cute!

I just love Theodore! :D

So fat and squishy!

Then we proceeded onto Plaza Sing for yummy Pizza hut!
